Pink Coconut Frosted Brownies 💗 I made these pink coconut frosted brownies when I wanted something soft, nostalgic, and quietly beautiful—like the kind of dessert you’d spot on a handwritten recipe card. The brownies are deep, dark, and fudgy, topped with a light pink coconut frosting that’s creamy and sweet without being overpowering. That fluffy coconut layer on top makes every bite feel extra special. Save this one or tag someone who loves old-fashioned bakery-style desserts. Yield: 12 large
